Convinced that you cannot truly relax on holiday if you are sharing a one-room apartment with 4 or 5 people, we decided that we would only have 2 apartments for our agritourism business , and so we are able to offer you unique facilities with different dimensions, ranging from 150 m2 in the "Girasole" apartment to 90 m2 in
the "Quercia", giving you the opportunity to choose whether to spend your holiday in Umbria in the company of a chosen few, enjoying comfort and space, or in a larger group, enabling you to take full advantage of the property. The entire Casale can sleep a maximum of 16 people (12 + 4) and during the high season, we prefer to rent the whole villa as a single unit, a solution that makes it easier to take full advantage of its facilities.
