The Collepera estate, owned by Azienda Agraria Malvetani, consists of c. 10 hectares of land, part vineyard, part farmland and part woodland. The
villa, which is currently used for agritourism, was originally a
farmhouse used by sharecroppers in the last century. It has undergone total refurbishment and now consists of two large apartments that can sleep a maximum of 9?and 7 people respectively. During the high season it is usually rented as a
whole villa, making a total of 16 sleeping units (12 + 4). Also available for weddings and ceremonies. Contact us for more information.

| Our guests can enjoy spacious grounds including a number of games for children, a large garden with swimming pool, an old wood-fired oven which can be used to make bread and roasts with traditional flavours, a barbecue for unforgettable outdoor meals in the shade of the old oak tree, and, naturally, free access to the entire estate so that you can, for example, try freshly picked wine grapes as you wander through the vineyard, or taste the excellent wild cherries that hang from the trees around
the villa. For horse enthusiasts, the nearby stables provide the opportunity of a pleasant horse ride. |
